Privacy notice

Cart Dispatch OS is an operations tool used by independent golf-cart rental companies. Each company controls the customer and dispatch information it enters. Felipe Media operates the software platform unless a customer deployment states otherwise.

Information processed

The service may process staff identity and email, company settings, customer contact information, service addresses, reservation dates, Cart IDs, driver assignments, route order, operational notes, consent time and policy version, audit records, and usage records. The public demo uses sample data and browser-local storage.

Purpose

Information is used to receive and reconcile reservations, plan and verify dispatch, authorize staff, route drivers, maintain cart readiness, support the service, prevent abuse, and measure product usage. Public intake stores a company-bound hash for throttling instead of the raw network address. The platform is not designed to receive payment-card data, government identification, health data, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and D1 storage. Sign in with ChatGPT provides authenticated identity headers. Geoapify processes addresses and route coordinates for authenticated company workspaces. Rent Centric data is imported by the operator today; API and webhook processing will require a separate configured connector.

Sharing and sale

Customer information is not sold. It is disclosed only to authorized operator staff, configured service providers, a referral partner after the recorded customer-consent workflow, or when legally required.

Security and access

Private records are company-scoped and role-authorized. Provider credentials remain server-side. Company owners can download company data and logo exports, open data-rights cases, and create or release scoped legal holds. Matching holds block deletion approval and create an audit record. Proposed retention periods are documented, but automated purge and final destructive deletion remain disabled pending business/legal approval.
