Terms of use

Cart Dispatch OS assists rental-company staff with planning and recording dispatch. It does not replace operator responsibility for vehicle safety, driver qualification, customer agreements, legal compliance, weather, road conditions, or final dispatch decisions.

Authorized use

Users must access only the company workspace they are authorized to use, protect their sign-in account, provide accurate operational information, and avoid uploading payment-card data or unrelated sensitive information. Owners are responsible for staff invitations and role assignments.

Operational verification

Capacity and cart-sequence checks depend on correct Cart IDs, truck assignments, fleet state, and reservation data. Staff must verify the physical cart, truck load, address, route, and customer instructions before departure. Route optimization and map services may be incomplete or unavailable.

External services

Cloudflare, Sign in with ChatGPT, Geoapify, OpenStreetMap, Rent Centric, and any future billing provider operate under their own terms. Availability, access, and vendor charges are not guaranteed by this application.

Product status and support

The public demo is for evaluation and contains sample data. The product currently estimates usage at $1 per unique finalized reservation/Cart ID with a $200 monthly cap, but no automated billing is active and this is not an invoice. Production service levels, pricing, taxes, support, data retention, warranty, liability, ownership, and termination terms must be stated in the signed customer agreement before a paid launch.
