Terms of use

Island Cart Rental assists rental-company staff with planning and recording dispatch. It does not replace operator responsibility for vehicle safety, driver qualification, customer agreements, legal compliance, weather, road conditions, or final dispatch decisions.

Authorized use

Use only the company account you are allowed to use. Protect your sign-in, enter accurate information, and do not upload credit-card information or unrelated private information. Company owners choose which staff members can enter the account and what each person can do.

Operational verification

Truck-load and cart-order checks work only when the cart numbers, truck assignments, cart locations, and reservation details are correct. Before leaving the yard, staff must check the actual carts, truck load, addresses, route, and customer instructions. Suggested stop order and maps may occasionally be incomplete or unavailable.

External services

The app relies on other companies for hosting, sign-in, maps, addresses, and reservation data, including Cloudflare, ChatGPT, Geoapify, OpenStreetMap, and Rent Centric. Their services may change, become unavailable, or charge separate fees under their own terms.

Product status and support

The public demo uses made-up customers and is available for testing. The service normally costs $500 to set up, plus $1 for each cart included when a dispatch plan is locked for the drivers. Monthly use stops increasing at $200 per company. Felipe Media may choose not to charge the setup fee when a company comes directly to us. If a partner introduced the company, the setup fee must be paid because $250 goes to that partner. The app does not charge cards automatically, and amounts shown inside the app are estimates rather than invoices. Before paid use begins, the customer agreement must explain support, taxes, record storage, warranties, responsibility, ownership, and how either side may end the service.

Referral partner program

An approved partner may earn $250 when a new company clicks the partner’s link, creates an account within 30 days, and pays the full $500 setup fee. A partner cannot refer themselves or claim a company already talking with us. Duplicate accounts, refunded fees, spam, false claims, secretly planted tracking links, and pretending to be Felipe Media do not count. Partners must clearly say that they may earn money from the recommendation. We can pay the partner after the customer pays, 30 days pass without a refund, and we receive any tax form required.
